Heather is a playful visionary, dancer and yogini who is dedicated to creating sacred space, and opportunities that inspire others to connect with and express their innate Bodacious qualities. She loves nature and connecting with friends, and is inspired by the magic and beauty that is created through synergy.

With a shared vision and calling to inspire adults to re-connect with innate joy through spontaneous play; Heather Keely and Jill Beamers co-created Play Lounge. Play Lounge is a magical play space filled with diverse opportunities to explore movement, various expressions, and connection to the pulse of one's highest potential.
                                      
As an Anusara Inspired instructor, Heather invites students to experience a deeper relationship with their body and union with their spirit, inspiring playful expression and heart connection. In addition to Anusara Yoga, Heather loves to explore Acro Yoga, Yoga of Sound, Hoop Dance, and Yoga with Shiva Rhea. She integrates the diverse yet synergistic experiences into an organic playful expression when teaching and exploring in the Play Lounge.

Nayeli Michelle is an evolutionary revolutionary schooled in the arts of yoga, dance, flow, ecology, earth-based spirituality and natural living. Her mission is to connect people to themselves, to each other, and to the beauty of the world we live in through playful and sacred experience. A yoga teacher for nearly a decade, she looks for ways to integrate the sensitivity and unifying consciousness of yoga practice into living in the world in a harmonious, sustainable and creative way.

Michelle has been a mover her whole life --ballet, jazz, swimming, biking, dancing, roller skating, modern dance, Capoeira, aerial circus arts, psychosomatics, and 15 years of yoga practice with in depth studies in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Therapeutic, Forrest, Anusara, AcroYoga, and Prana Vinyasa Flow Yogas. Guided by her love of Nature, Michelle earned her degree from UCSD in Ecology and Evolution, and like so many in the coming generations, she feels the deep desire and responsibility to heal earth and human hearts however she can.

Paisley has been practicing yoga since 1996. She began her professional teaching career as a pilates instructor in 1997, then started teaching yoga in 2001. Originally trained in the Iyengar method, Paisley is now devoted to Anusara yoga. Anusara’s heart-oriented philosophy coupled with its Universal Principals of Alignment™ suit Paisley’s articulate teaching style and playful, devoted nature. What is especially dear to her about yoga is that it shows each of us how to open to our own uniqueness and inner strength. This inner strength makes for happier, healthier people and Paisley loves that the process creates, not only stronger, healthier individuals, but also a stronger community.

Saying "YES" to life is a mantra that inspires me as I journey through life with the intention to share with others the magical offerings Grace so abundantly provides. Since 2004, I have been blessed with owning my own practice of Integrative Bodywork, in which I continue to find inspiration and fulfillment.

Finding AcroYoga was a true blessing in my life. Here was this practice that contained many of my passions, while simultaneously providing an opportunity to share them with others. As a teacher of AcroYoga, I encourage fellow practitioners to fully enter their bodies in a relaxed, safe, mindful and fun environment, where the practice of postures becomes a flowing and joyful celebration of life. I like to fuse action with intention and body with mind as I play in this blissful art form. Together, let's play and delight in the magic of life and make daily, conscious choices to love this life, connect with our community and celebrate our aliveness.

Mario's passion for photography stems from his passion for life and for people.  His formal education was focused on environmental science.  Soon after he started his undergraduate degree he quickly fell in love with the outdoors and the actvities that would take him to incredible places....and sharing those moments with those that meant most to him.  After years of playing with digital still photography and videography, he was fortunate to have friends mentor him along the way of developing his photographic skills. 

Mario's enjoyment of relating with people, and his joy of capturing and creating unique moments fuels his passion for this art.

 

My personal path has taken me into the profound depths and heights of this most amazing art and its exponential evolutionary expansion during this time. Much of the potential of music has been revealed through traversing a wide range of modalities exploring healing and consciousness.

My passion and particular connection to music began ...umm, I’m not sure when, but I remember as a kid, rocking myself to sleep and going to a place inside myself where I would conduct symphonies of sound and light kinda like Mickey Mouse in “Fantasia”.
