The standard pre-requisite for Anusara Yoga Teacher Training is the completion of Anusara Immersions I,II,& III. The Immersions establish a strong foundation for the teacher training by offering and in depth experience of the technique and philosophy of Anusara. The teacher training will expand upon the immersions by educating the students in theory and practice of teaching in the Anusara style.

IMMERSION HOURS:
- Each Immersion in 36 hours
- Total program is 108 hours toward Anusara Accreditation
- We will meet 3 weekends per Immersion
- Special Guests apply toward additional Anusara Accreditation hours
SATURDAYS: 12:45 - 5:00 & 6:30 - 8:30pm
SUNDAYS: 12:15 - 4:45 & 6:45 - 8:00pm
- Immersions are open to students of all levels that are interested in deepening their practice and understanding of yoga.
- Any of the Yoga Immersions can be taken independently of one another.
- Each Yoga Immersion is unique, yet they each build upon one another.
