Immerison III Overview
- Complete review and further refinements of Anusara primary and auxilliary principles (levels I and II syllabi)
- Intermediate pranayama and meditation
- Continuing Anusara Philosophy with the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita from a Tantric perspective
- Exploration of the subtle energy systems (koshas, kundalini, bandhas, chakras)
- Deeper investigation of therapeutics and applied anatomy, as applicable to Anusara Yoga
- **prerequisite is Immersion I & II or the permission of the teacher
